Damage, Wear & Repair
At Little Essentials Hire, we understand that normal wear and tear may occur when equipment is used. However, we ask all customers to take reasonable care of the items they hire to ensure they remain safe, clean, and usable for future families.

Normal Wear and Tear
We accept that general signs of use, such as light scuffs or minor fabric creases, may occur during the hire period. Customers will not be charged for this type of ordinary wear.

Damage Beyond Normal Use
Any damage that goes beyond everyday use—such as tears, stains, breakage, or missing parts—will be the responsibility of the customer. In these cases, we reserve the right to charge the cost of repair or, if the item cannot be restored, the cost of replacement.

Loss or Irreparable Damage
If equipment is lost, stolen, or returned in a condition that makes it unsafe or unsuitable for further hire, the customer will be required to cover the full replacement value of the item.

Repairs

Customers must not attempt to repair or modify the equipment themselves.

If you notice a fault or damage during your hire, you must notify us immediately so we can provide guidance or arrange a replacement where possible.

Any unauthorized repairs may result in additional charges.

Cleaning
All items are thoroughly cleaned and safety-checked before delivery. Customers are expected to return equipment in a clean condition, free from food, stains, or heavy dirt. Where excessive cleaning is required, an additional cleaning fee may apply.
By hiring from Little Essentials Hire, you agree to care for the equipment responsibly and return it in the same condition as provided, allowing for normal use.
